Negros Navigation Co., Inc. (Nenaco) is one of the oldest domestic shipping companies in the Philippines. It is also one of the largest companies in the passenger transport business in the Philippines. It was organized and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 26 July 1932 for the purpose of transporting passengers and cargo at various ports of call in the Philippines.

Cebu Ferries is a shipping company based in Cebu City, Philippines. It is the Aboitiz’s alternate shipping company. Formerly the shipping company was a subsidiary of William Gothong & Aboitiz or for short WG&A, when WG&A split up, Aboitiz took Cebu Ferries and the shipping company’s sisters SuperCat and Super Ferry. Carlos A. Gothong Lines went back to shipping. Currently Cebu Ferries and its sister companies SuperCat and Super Ferry is a subsidiary of Aboitiz.
